Marksmanship Hunter PvE - Viable?

Hello everyone, after a quite long break from WoW I've decided to come back to it and to make a character here on Warmane's Neltharion. (I'm not really new here though, I have had a few chars on Molten's WotLK and a Mage on the Cata Frostwolf.)

Since I've had a lot of fun with my Marksman Hunter back on Retail Cataclysm, I was wondering if they're any viable here. I define viable as being able to do reasonable DPS, I'm not looking for a class that will constantly be top DPS, so being able to deal average / a bit more than average DPS is enough for me. I'm someone who plays what I enjoy instead of what's the best, and I prefer Marksmanship over Survival by a lot, so playing Survival is not an option for me.

Basically what I want to know is, are there any big negative bugs that make Marksmanship useless, or are they able to deal decent DPS?
