I wish I could say with confidence that they cared about cata PvP, but when rating achievements still don't work since launch of warsong, it makes it really difficult.

Report bugs in the bug tracker, or vote up if they are already reported. That's the best way to get devs attention and let them know about a certain bug, posting about them on forum is generally not a good idea.
