I tried to do all kinds of rotation, people told me but no matter what the damage on steady very low here is a stats:

I don't play MOP yet, but generally in every expansion, arms warrior is 8% hit>crit>mastery so reforge that mastery to hit and crit

Also try to get inside TOT to get some more gear from it... 7.5% hit/exp as maru said and i guess perfecting the rotation? Arms usually has problems with rage.... I suggest going fury as soon as you get more geared from TOT :)

By going PVE as arms in MoP,you are effectively gimping your self.

Yep, go fury. Arms is useless for dps outside of pvp unless you're wearing full heroics, and you'd probably double your dps by switching to fury at that point.
