combat rogue viable for PVE?

Did they now? Last time Midna posted about it in bug tracker was 2 weeks ago but nothing about a fix.

Most player think they did because of the Changelog post, but they didn't.

They didn't change anything about HnS (imo). Perhabs it proccs for some new reasons, but all in all i consider the fix to be unsuccessful. Anyway. For some strange reasons the rogue damage was increased and actually i don't know the causing.

The change was that it now procs from MH whites only from random procs on everything.

If HnS worked properly rogues would start topping fights.

Or honestly, if they fixed a few bugs for others classes we'd do it anyway. I lost like 3 bosses this past week in 25HC to a hunter just because of CS scaling wrong.
