Weapon skill lvling up bugged?!

As the topic, this is the first time ever I get this bug, ive created many paladins/warriors on this server and lvled up all weapon skills but now on my warrior my axe fighting skills dont lvling up, before I just hitted dummies and stuffs like that and it worked or monsters but this time nothing works, what's the problem?! am im alone with this? :S
