    you shouldn't of spent all your coins there then, Sarg was merged with frostwolf. you're character should either be on frostwolf, or you should be able to transfer it there. if not make a ticket and see if staff can transfer it. as Zelta said, they only do refunds if the item was purchased within the last 24 hours, so you won't be getting any coins back.

    He understood perfectly. You are the one who didn't understand. No refunds.

    It only happens for misbuys (inside the 24h period from the purchase). Please do not open another topic about the subject. There is no "I regret spending my coins on X character because reasons..."
