account hacked/ coins spent/ characters deleted. Please. help .

as i said on my previous topic, i retrieved my account , when the whole molten meltdown happined.
today i wanted to continue where i left off , realised that my coins are missing at that i have been hacked.
all of the coins are spent on some made up character along with vote points.
all spent in 1/2 days.
from multiple ip adresses , non matching the one im using for the last 3 years >.>

i Do not want anything i haven"t payed in the first place, the only problem is that i cant retrieve the coins via ,,missbuy item '' .
