hi everyone, i use to have an account in sargeras (was a 20X cata realm if i remember well..)since many things are changed meanwhile, how can i retrieve my character? or better question, can i retrieve my old character or they are lost forever?

you can retrieve your account by making a ticket. any donations you made previous will be counted towards coins you get back, also you may get some vote points. unfortunately characters cannot be recovered.
