I just started Warmane Lordaeron on a Dwarf character. I saw a tiny gnome and used some swarewords while talking. And she told me to suspend me, and she did. Should I really get suspended for using words like **** and ***?

Because you could be adressing those words to a minor, or you could tell a very old lady some really unapropriate things.
Learn your manners, be polite, respect others and play nice. It's simple.
