Bugged personal rating and win-loss statement

Hi, this annoying bug occurred about a month ago. Whenever I log-out my personal rating (and also personal ratings of all members of my team) decreases rapidly. Also loss column probably points to wrong data. There are rumors that its quite common. Also this happens on all my characters and all my teams even after deleting and creating new one.

Any advice how to solve it? Also many thanks to anybody who fixes this stuff!
