When you connect to logon server but don't log on a realm it shows logon servers IP as your last IP.

I have the exactly same IP address there and i am not from US, and i am not hooked to your router for sure

I would suggest updating your account information immediately, usually account security is your own responsibility so a GM won't be able to help much.

Mines says USA, and a simple IP lookup shows it's the logon server, as stated by a few people above.
