I don't know how they do it but a hunter with fly hack was able to do it before.

By rdps he means either a hunter or s.priest, maybe even a boomkin
A caster isn't capable of this.

That's only up when BG ends and scoreboard pops and lasts until leaving BG. Doesn't exist when playing normally!
