Chaos bane for DK

So i wanted to know if canceling Chaos bane proc from Shadowmourne is good for dk's or not.

Im not exactly sure about what dk abilitys grant soul fragment stacks.
Dont have a dk with sm to test it...

If only physical attacks grant stacks then a blood dk might be able to collect the soul fragments faster.
Does heart strike grant muliple stacks when hitting +2 mobs?

Possibly. I'm not absolutely certain about diseases, but I do know DND and Wandering Plague proc it.

All strikes, death coil, icy touch, wandering plague, EACH death & decay tick, maybe blood boil(forgot)

Very practical as unholy. Especially in pvp when your death and decay will easily outdamage scourge strike.

I do cancel Chaos Bane with my UH PVE. But it is pretty much... same end dps. But I enjoy that EXPLOSHEENS!!1! when I drop DnD on AoE :D

Yes for blood u build fragments really fast, very satisfactory when you get a couple of death coil procs and ur on 9th already
