Any progressive guilds?

Hello, me and a friend are looking to get back into wotlk and we wanna find a progressive guild. It doesn't really matter where we start, if its naxx or icc. But we don't want a guild where everyone is good geared and just go in clearing everything super easy. We want everyone to start around the same gs and progress together. Are there any guilds like that on this server? If not, would people be interested in making one of these guilds?

Hi, I am on ally side and I was going to be making a new guild on ICECROWN for both old and new content. Myself and a friend that met on Lord were going to team up after the server merger as we both had chars on DW and Rag as of yet the guild has no name because there is no server but as soon as we are up and running I will post on here again :) or pm me!
