So you tested "100 quests," which you don't have access to, and found out that they're bugged?
Unless the answer is "yes," you are spreading misinformation, which we don't look kindly at.

You found one thing bugged. The fact it blocks other things doesn't means or implies the others are bugged.
Developers have a lot of work to do, and can do without this kind of misinforming exaggerations, being ironic about their work.
