Is Loremaster obtainable here on Deathwing without faction change?

It's probably the same situation as on Ragnaros, unobtainable atm.
Why? You can complete all achievements except for:
- Icecrown, as far as I know a very big quest chain is buggy there which doesn't allow you to get the achievement (It wasn't before june-july 2015 though, so any Loremaster you see was probably obtained before that time).
- Storm Peaks, I've been told that there's 10 quests which aren't doable atm but I'm not sure about this.

I haven't started doing Northrend yet so all I'm saying is just what I've been told by some friends so it can be true or not.

The two areas which will problematic is Storm Peaks and Icecrown the long chain quests get buggy in those areas but there have been to guys who obtained it Horde side without faction changing.
