Does it happen when he start the game or while he is playing?
ok my friend just set that it works and he cant send the screenshot but can you tell me the solution anyways?
well, he can try this but I can't garantee this is the right solution.
1) Close Torrent Client and move MoP folder away from Torrent's download destination
2) Now right click on MoP folder> properties> remove "read-only"
