Question about Donation Ranks

So I was thinking of donating anything between 20-60$.

My question is: Do I get a rank or something else for donating below 100?

If I don't get a rank for donating 60$, isn't it just as good to donate 30 on 2 accounts?

Also, if I donate, will I be able to sell stuff on the website?

You get the basic Premium rank for a donation of any value between the minimum available and $99. The next rank comes with a donation of $100 with that account, which gives you bonus coins on future donations. There are no ranks in between those two.
