How is anyone suposed to gear up with such gear requirements?

I know 3.2k gs is really not that big of a deal but the point is that you almost never see anyone trying to sell an item with higher item lvl than 200. Yes of course you get 200lvl items in every slot and you're still only at 3.4k gs. That's what bothers me.

I'm sorry, but this is the way it is and will always be. I completely understand your worries (often frustrations), but it's the sad reality. I won't go on, telling you ways you can "easily" get high gearscore... I shouldn't have to. I just want to prepare you or other people reading this for the inevitable by giving an example from Cata (not that it matters which expansion): "LFM RHC ilvl 375+...", when Heroics in Cata drop 349 ilvl items...... Yay PUGs...
