It was advertised as blizzlike and hardcore, then to just hardcore. The buffs to bosses were never openly expressed or stated other than a poll (which voted more for Naxx 40 boss mechanics rather than just straight number increases). The information thread only recently included the "increased raid difficulty" part.
While it being hardcore is an explanation for the buffs, simply saying a realm is "hardcore" means nothing unless you state how.

Wait. We're talking about (over)buffed Naxx 10 and you tell us it's not so bad because you did Naxx 25, which is easier than Naxx 10? :DMy guild ran naxx 25 with something like 15-20 player core. We cleared through 12/15 bosses with pugging the rest.
That's part of the problem. Naxx 25 gives better loot, it should be harder than Naxx 10. I can't understand why they didn't buff it accordingly.

The 300% increase in stats in Naxx serves 2 purposes.
First, to make it a LITTLE bit challenging. Actual retail WOTLK naxx was a joke that you could do in level 70 epics, or even leveling Blues/normal blues. You did not need to do a single heroic to be geared enough to clear naxx.
Second, to make up for the 3.3.5 talents which would cause more Healing, Health, Mitigation, and Damage from the players - Buff Boss Dmg and Health in order to put it into a fair place.
Nobody who knows even a basic rotation on their class should struggle in the majority of Naxx with Heroic gear.
These threads need to stop being made all the time. Nothing on this server is 'too hard' or 'undoable', especially the content the people complaining it are doing.
Also, Naxx 10 is not hard. Especially as a gear check. There are severe gearchecks in Naxx 25 (Patchwerk, Gothikk, and Sapphiron), there is only one (Maexxna) in naxx 10, and it isn't even that steep of a gearcheck.
