WotLK Battered Hilt Bugged?

Yesterday I bought a Battered Hilt for 6,5k gold and started doing the questchain. Today when I logged on I had no quest nor the item itself. I believe I was on the quest called An Audience With The Arcanist. Please someone help me! I've alrdy written a Ticket but no answar yet :- /

Alright so I bought another Battered Hilt but whenever I try to start the quest it says I'm already on the quest o.O

Yeah I reached a point in the questline called Thalorien Dawnseeker and I cannot recieve his blessing to wield the sword. I've killed the waves multiple times but still no blessing.

You should write a ticket in-game and GM will reset it's phase. After that you will be able to complete it.

Hey Agramon i would like to ask something ..... Do GMs ever log around Lordaeron or they do log but don't really care to help people with a 20sec quest but people have to wait 3-4 days to get a reply ? Thank you in advance
