Can't find any NPC capable of teaching me the pattern for Flying carpet. I'm at Miralisse in Shattrath City and she can't. Everywhere i check is written she should. Any help please?

You dont have enough skill, thats it...
Maybe try Dalaran Trainer, but for sure you dont have enough skill for the Carpet and you can check what skill you need if you will enable to see even those skill you havent learned,yet at your trainer

1) I have 320 skill. The Flying Carpet requires 300;
2) Even when you don't have the required skill yet, you can see what the trainer can teach you;
3) Checked around in the internet - both trainers in Honor Hold and Shattrath City should be able to teach you that pattern, but they don't;
4) Not my first Tailor in WotLK expansion - i know when and how i get my carpets (both).

Visit the Trainers in Northrend. They will teach you the pattern.
