TOC10/25 Entering Instance Bug (Falling through the ground)

It seems like everytime I enter ToC10 or 25, I always fall through the ground at the beginning. Anyone know how to fix this?

The way I remember back on molten the falling down thing was a issue so what people would do is enter on a flying mount sometimes it worked sometimes it didn't.

Re-invite the bugged player to the raid and it will be fine.
