Today I bought Shadow's Edge (2h Axe). After I reloged, I've noticed my item got deleted. Made a ticked and loged off. When I loged back in, I received a mail with the item, but I couldn't loot it because " You don't own that item" . How do I fix this bug?
First, ignore the kids saying "Warmane" doesn't care because indeed they do care. Trolls will be trolls. If you lost the item you can, click My Account at the top site then click SUPPORT then hit the dropdown and pick Item Missing. Remember this for the future.
Since you still are having issues you need to create another ticket letting them know about the issue as before so they can adjust it.

There are only 2 items that I can get back via SUPPORT. (Only the items I donated for) And to create a ticket, I have to pick one of them, even tho the items are on a char on the Icecrown realm. Having a ticket ingame+ a post on forum...but it looks like none cares
Making a post on the Forums won't help you with that in any way. GMs don't come to the Forums, nor are Forums meant to be a "workaround" when you don't like how long it's taking for a ticket to be answered. The way to get GM support in-game is with tickets, only. If you have a complain about the work of a GM, take it to the Head GM using a PM here on the Forums.
