Hey guys,

Currently, I am experiencing an issue as Ally Warlock when doing the quest for the Voidwalker called "Surena Caledon". It seems that the NPC, Surena is stuck in a tree being unable to attack it. As I searched on google, I saw several people on this server with the same problem, but also mentioning that they saw other people with the Voidwalker meaning some people managed to get one. Anyone experienced with this issue? I already opened a ticket, but haven't got a reply on it yet so I thought could ask here as well.
