bug empty dalaran

so i have a bug
i used my heartstone to get back to dalaran
some how noones there no NPC no players no banks no nothing
i tried relog
adn deleting cache and WTF folders aswell /reload
disabled all my addons and still nothing
dalaran is still empty
and use website unstuck

please help

Have you tried logging into another account to see if the problem is on the account itself or your game.

that looks to me like you are stuck in an other phase... try canceling all quests (if you have currently some active) - then relog

all other account are okay

i canceled all my accounts and relog
nothing change

other places are okay (ogrimmar undercity etc.)

i am honestly clueless then, my only guess would been a phase shift but if you say other regions are fine then it can not be that.
