No quests @ DK

So I've created three characters already, all of them DK's. And I can't get quests. I do those 4 ( with those arrows, killing citizens, getting the mount etc ) and when I submit them all and get the rewards, I'm questless even though I should be getting a quest ). What the hell should I do?

you simply turn on low level quests on the minimap button, then you see them again

btw sometimes you have to run away and back again to get a follow up quest to activate in the dk zone
