I dont plike wotlk about 1 year or more.
I got a question...

Fishing how long take it from 1-450?
And is any level requirements? Can i got max fishing on 1 lvl character or i need to level up?

it will take a lot. You can go 1-300 in starting zones, elwynn or durotar. After that outland and northrend respectively, but if you farm without stopping it will take probably around 18-24 hours.
