Pandaria Why can't I open my guild and pvp tab in game? PLS HELP!

When I log in to my character, and open Player vs Player or Guild tab, a little window appears and says that the UI-something has been disabled.
Please help me!

follow this steps:
1. Delete your "WTF" and "Interface" folders ( they are inside your WoW folder)
2. Replace both of them with "WTF" and "Interface" folder inside MoP minimal. You cna find MoP minimal torrent here: https://www.warmane.com/download
