Technical How do I reopen my account?

I've been a member of the Warmane/Molten community for years, and I have some characters I'd like to play again. But my account has been suspended because of "Scam Advertisement" which I have no recollection of doing. Upon further inspection, I noticed that my account was last accessed from China half a year ago, which I did not do.

Looks like I was hacked. is there any way to restore my account along with my characters?
