Anti-cheat system

I know this not the right place to post this but the anti-cheat system needs to fixed today I couldn't take the elevator down in Undercity because I kept dying it's also a nuisance when in BG's when you're about to res at graveyard and it also thinks I'm hacking if falling from distant hieghts. I like that the dev's have a system in place to stop exploiters and cheaters but please can you address the issues I've mentioned in this post.
