Guys i tried Evuli but i t was not working properly plz give me good UI for wow 3.3.5a

I use elvui and it works perfectly.. make sure you're setting it up right through the setup wizard.
Just have to play with it.

if u want, u can try to use stellarbars, i have max. resolution 1366x768, this is the only addon that I liked
