WotLK Wow client freezes.

Ok so I have this issue that my wow client freezes its still responding but the interface just freezes and I have to press ctrl+alt+delete and open task manager and click switch tot wow.exe and its works again. This happens really often and is really annoying if it happens in arena or raid in a critical moment. Sometimes it even happens if I am just standing around and it does not matter were I am standing OG, Dala, Crossroads, Stormwind anywhere.
Does anyone else had or having this issue or is it just me?

I am using a laptop with windows 7 ultimate 64-bit version.
8GB ram i5-320 @ 2.60 Ghz
G-force GT 630m 1GB
