WotLK hello..help me please

Salut...i have installed wow 1 week ago, i have given the download from the site, all good went I went with account after almost 2 days ago ...i reinstalled Windows, I deleted everything I got and wow again from site. and now surprise, don't let me go, I mean not connecting, go into your account and it says "bag Unable to connect. Please try again later. If the problem persist please contact tehnical support ... connection help "and all those **** strung from what might be not work, but I go. .. What can I do as I have never traveled much with wow. .. my account is on icecrown. Thanks! help me someone !!
