Im not usually one for whining but its just getting on my nerves now.

Dont get me wrong, i love world PVP and encourage servers to maintain it! But when your just trying to level and every time you try and hand in your quest, you get one shot by some douchebag twice, 3x your level its annoying.
Not to mention when that douchebag then follows you around EVERYWHERE you go and camps you.
When you're sat at 4 minute respawn time, and you can see him hovering above your corpse, waiting to do it again.. it gets a little frustrating.

I wonder if there is any way to cap how much higher level you can be and still target. Like maybe a 5 level difference?
And maybe level 80's could just target each other instead of level 50s?

I dont know how you would script this, but im getting pretty close (personally) to leaving the server because there seems to be more of this cancer here than any other server ive played on.

there is no cap on a pvp server, and warmane have no intention of changing that. find a different zone to level in, log off for a while, or get people to help you. otherwise /wave /bye

this issue has been suggested multiple times already, so here goes a few solutions to this:

1st: log off for a while, take a break. eventually the camper will leave and you're free to continue leveling.
2nd: use hearthstone, go back to your city (where he cant follow) and choose what to do next from there.
3rd: go lvl up somewhere else, there are multiple zones to lvl up for the same level, no need to go to a single spot for it.
4th: if you still deslike, you can allways queue for rdf and lvl up that way

if you still cant find a solution after all that then idk, maybe the player base its not the problem.

and btw, i do hate such campers, but guess what, i do what i sugested above and keep leveling like if nothing happened.

Uhmmm. . isn't there a way to make this happen? Like when you go to a sanctuary, when u go to ratchet and cant kill any of the hordies. Use the logic spent for making sanctuaries and edit it to provide limitations to world PvP. Like you are only able to kill a person that is at least green to you or atleast gives you honor points. I mean the point of having world PvP is for the honor points right?

There is only two solutions for this., as i had the same problems when i was a kid back then !
1. Make another char and keep leveling it, this is the way how i have all chars !! level to 80 with **** or pro gears after 80 !
2. Spam on global and eat everyones head while asking for help ! You might not know but there are lot of pvp challengers, who like to challenge such ners and farm them. Who knows he might even help you do some elite quests. People on faking warmane are sitting with BiS pvp gears BiS achievenments BiS class mastering...they just need something new they will come for your help !!
