Scroll of Deception BG
Hi,
I suggest to increase the droprate for Scroll of Deception in BG's.
We discussed this topic in our guild and we find that the outcome of scrolls in a period of time should be the same as in Raids and Dungeons.
I play PvP and PvE on a good level and I can confirm that the amount of scrolls for PvP feels much, much lower.
It's not to be meant that the Dropchance shoud be as high as in Raids, because you can do more hours BG's in a week than Raids, but we barely get scrolls doing BG's. It feels like you get 1 Scroll every 1k HK's.

you dont get 1 scroll 1k hk's, i did 3 days of straight up BG's, about 3-4k hk's total, 0 scrolls.
also, how about making Scrolls Account bound? typed in search about this, every thread closed w/o answer.
Make scrolls ACC BOUND, MAKE MOLTEN GREAT AGAIN.
Make scrolls ACC BOUND, MAKE MOLTEN GREAT AGAIN.
Make scrolls ACC BOUND, MAKE MOLTEN GREAT AGAIN.

It is highly unlikely that this will change.
