Mei Francis something like that is name of vendor in Dalaran also think theres vendor in shadowmoon valley. You can buy it there. Get mage with port to help you. But anyway you should open ticket also like peterbanjo said so other players dont experience this problem. Google is amazing thing try using it :D

Ou and by the way think vendor for mounts is on your right behind you. Trainer only trains you.
