Something wrong with character trade

For some reason when you look for the cheapest characters, it wont show you the cheapest ones, usually starting with with about 70 coins.
For example, I'm selling a nelf rogue 70 for 45 coins, and u cant find him unless you search for specifically nelf rogues.

Also the system is really flawed that it forces you to sell your character for a higher price, if you happen to have items that you can buy from the store.
No one will buy a fresh geared rogue for 83 coins just because u have the pvp shoulders and 2-3 pieces of dungeon gear.
