TellMeWhen not work

I tried to install different versions, it doesn't work. The addon is enabled, you can configure it, but it does not show. I know how to set it up, I've already played with it on other servers. Please help

But combat log gets usually bugged a few second after you log in.

That addon prevents this issue. It is a "must have" addon. Everyone use it, do not worry.
