Burning Crusade Is darkmoon faire (outland) bugged this month?

It was in terrokar with no NPC's now its gone.. is it bugged this month?

That's what i wonder too, last month i went in Mulgore and DMF was tere it no npcs, i guess they just left, then a month later appeard in terrok with no npcs so i said myself npcs should appear soon too, but everything dissappeard when i went there today, i checked gold shire too and a friend checked mulgore, nothing at all ! and my darkmoon faire quest for card shows me a question mark in desolace for my darkmoon quest:S
