Faction change ALliance to Horde

Hi I'm curious if we are able to transfer from alliance to horde? I got the message saying only Horde can faction change to Alliance. If I buy coins will I be able too? Because these battlegrounds are rigged

You can't change from Alliance to Horde on Outland at the moment due to population imbalance (Horde outnumbers Alliance), this may change in the future if somehow the population balances out
