Discretion is Key - Violet Hold Key Quest issue

Hello guys and girls. I checked npc " Rhonin " in Dalaran for take quest " Discretion is Key " for Violet Hold Key. But it doesn't exist on npc. Any advice you cna share ??

Where are gms ? Also i created a ticket about that issue but no response.

dont assume all unknown things is bug, try searching info first on web , or try asking in game
