Missing charrs from trade , 2

Hello there,
Well as the title says , im missing 2 chars from traiding from the site, and no i didnt sold them, bcs i dont have coins.. and on the Expire tab says that the sale expired .....

Also , i put on trade 3 my chars, and just one got back on charr manu, the other 2 are missing

they apear on the Armory, but they arent on the charr manu on my acc

charr names that are missing are

warlock " Uazvezda "
twink rogue " Stabyaface "

i can provide you with ss on the expire tab and ss on my charr menu to see

maybe you have reached the limit of characters per Realm or 50 characters per Account ?
