Voting Points Item Bug

Hey everyone, has anybody experienced an item bug that was purchased with voting points? I bought a 2h sword from the points store and I received it in the mail, but it appears as a red question mark instead of the item. When i scroll over it, it displays the item but i cant right click to equip it. If i drag it into my weapon slot, it equips, but i cant use any abilities that require a melee weapon,(which makes it useless). I have tried clearing my cache folder and it still is bugged. Anyone else have this problem or a fix? Or can direct me to the correct place to post this? Thanks!
