Is there any way to transfer soulbound items from 1 character to another on the same account, for example Shadowmourne from my paladin to my warrior?

Transfer is not possible, but If you bought it through the coin shop and it hasn't been 24hrs from the time of purchase then you can request a refund of the item purchased through the website (under support - create ticket - item misbuy) and once you get the coins back you can buy it for your war. If its been more than 24 hours, then its not possible but you can always request and see how it goes.
