1. Enchanted my Shoulder Heirloom

    Hello,
I enchanted my shoulder heirloom and then I tried to send it to my alt character, but I cannot. It says "account bound item" but when I try to mail it, it says "You cannot send soulbound items". Is there any way that I can fix this problem ?

  2. most enchants will make an item "soulbound".
So your heirloom is not "bind to account" anymore

So, does that mean I wasted my tokens for nothing ?
This was fixed in order to prevent enchants making it soulbound by blizzard but in warmane I guess it is still an issue.

But would a GM do something about it and spare my mistake ?

open a ticket in-game to found it out

  5. Here is an update about the situation:
A gm responded my ticket and I quote "Unfortunately we do not refund or exchange any items or currencies, sorry."
So I suggest that heirlooms should be "non-enchantable" items to prevent this kind of accidents.
The conclusion is ; you have to buy another heirloom to send it to your alt If you enchanted it.

  6. This really sucks. And I was able to do this a year ago, no problem. Something changed on the Icecrown server since then. I was passing all my enchanted heirlooms back then with no problem.

  7. Spend a few hours in doing Fos/Pos runs getting 40 EOTS is easy.
