[ANSWERED] I forgot my account name and the email connected to it WHAT DO I DO?

I forgot my mains account username, and the email adress connected to it, i dont know what to do if i wont be able to get it back im gonna legit cry, i've spend so much love and time into that game, i know the password and i can give the characters their name and lvl but i really really need help i cant do this without help of staff, ( i have ADD making it incredibly fun for my brain to forget things like emails and passwords), PLEASE I NEED HELP FFS.
