Arena points bug. HELP!

So, today arena points where flushed, so i log to see how many arenas i have gotten, i have a team around 1550-1600 so i was expecting around 300 arena points, i played my 10 games and i can remeber exactly since, this week i ONLY played 10 games couse i didnt have much time and we went 3/7, i know it was pretty bad but i just wanted my 10 games since i didnt had much time, so anyways, i get up on log to see my arena points and nothing, didnt got a single arena point, pls help i want my arena points back can a gm give them back to me? I have been in my team since i started playing arena, my partner its always the same I PLAYED THOSE 10 games why didnt i get my points? Pleas, flush my my rightfull arena points :(

it is not a bug.
You get Arena point if your team played at least 10 battles and you participated in at least 30% of each teams battles.
