Battleground weekend honor bonus working?

Is there a known rotation for the BG extra bonus honor and does it actually give extra honor? thanks! There has been Arathi Basin two weekends in a row so I am very confused. Thanks!

Could it be that you get extra honor from kills that BG? now the Emissaries that popped up are EOTS

There is suppose to be bonus weekends but there arnt here for some reason. best thing to do is find the evidence (I believe it might have changed right at the end of tbc) and put a bug post up
