WotLK Quest Issue: Heroes of Old

I was doing the quest "Heroes of Old" in the swamp of sorrows, but my inventory was full when I went to go collect the trinket reward so i went to the nearest vendor to clear some space. When I came back the npc I was supposed to turn in the quest to wasn't there so i abandoned the quest so i could restart it, but the quest didn't come back up and neither did the npc. Is there some way for me to get this quest again? If it helps, the first quest in the this quest chain is "Petty Squabbles" but there are quest chains before and after that chain too for this story.

Try talking to Fallen Hero of the Horde. There should be an option to summon the NPC you need for quest.
